Gervin GV11 Red Fruit Wine Yeast is a German strain of yeast which has two particular characteristics. The first is that it produces quality red wines with a fruity character and an excellent bouquet which mature quickly and the second is that it can metabolise up to 35% of any malic acid present in the must.
