Gervin GV8 red table wine yeast is ideal for making Bourdeaux and Claret style wines and is designed to ferment at temperatures between 18 and 30 degrees C. This sachet is sufficient for 40 pints (23 Litres). Simply sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of the prepared wine must at room temperature, there is no need to stir.
