Gervin GV4 High Alcohol Wine Yeast is a low foaming, very tolerant high alcohol wine yeast which is very fast acting and which will produce alcohol up to 21% ABV given adequate nutrient levels. This sachet is sufficient for 40 pints (23 Litres). Simply sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of the prepared wine 'must' at room temperature, there is no need to stir.
21% ABV. Ferments at ambient room temperature, 15-25c.
