Gervin GV1 Universal Wine Yeast is an ideal yeast for both white and red wines as it is quick starting even at low temperatures, settles well at the end of the fermentation and promotes a clean bouquet. This sachet is sufficient for 40 pints (23 Litres). Simply sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of the prepared wine 'must' at room temperature, there is no need to stir.
18% ABV. Ferments at ambient room temperature, 15-25c.
