Elderflower is one the most popular flavourings as it can be used not just alongside wine but other forms of alcohol such as beer, cider & Champagne. Elderflower offers a fresh floral aroma which is often preferred when compared to other fresh flowers. Elderflower gives off a Muscat flavour when used which is why it is recommended that you don't overuse it when adding it to your brew.
As a general recipe you could use these Elderflowers alongside brewing sugar, white wine concentrate, yeast and grape/wine tannin to produce your very own vintage wine.
