This is an amazing all-round super yeast for homebrewers.
Dissolve 6Kgs of sugar into 21 litres of water and mix well. Add this sachet of Pure Turbo yeast and stir before leaving in a warm place at 25 degrees Celsius. Produces 14% Alcohol in approximately 48 hours or 20% Alcohol if left for 5 days.
