In normal circumstances we aim to dispatch all orders received before 11am the same working day. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. If you would like to collect your order, please select this option at the checkout and we will notify you when it is ready.
We offer free delivery for all orders over £65 to most regions of the UK. For some regions within the UK (Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands) there is an extra charge for delivery, calculated at checkout.

Please contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or special requirements regarding delivery. In some instances we can ship smaller, lighter packages for a lower shipping fee and we will happily arrange a quote for you.
Please note that we try our best to maintain a current stock inventory, however, our website is not a live ordering system and occasionally some products may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to advise when it will next be available, or to offer a substitute product or refund.
